This place is always busting with people. There is a bakery too that has a lot of fresh bakery goods that is inexpensive. There is always those who want a quick meal and you can get a box lunch for $5. The store is really clean. My only compliant is the aisle is too small, it's hard to fit a stroller within the Aisle so I usually have to carry my baby in. However, the store often has promotional sales and really fresh veggies and meats. The butcher can cut up your meat for you into realy thin slices. more

Best place for Chinese Groceries 8/15/2005

Kam Sam is the best place in the area for Chinese groceries. They offer fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, and even have sale items everyday. My favorite part of Kam Sam is their in house kitchen that sells lunch boxes at a low price. This is great for those who want a quick and inexpensive lunch. Also, these lunch boxes offer real, authentic Chinese food. I also love the fact that Kam Sam has parking on both sides. Parking is a big factor for me, because I hate to not be able to find a spot and then I also hate driving in a mine field with all those inpatient parkers. Check it out. I live closer to another Chinese market, but I travel to Kam Sam because they are better and I know that they will have what I need in stock. more

Great Chinese Grocery Store 8/1/2005

Kam Sam is a great Chinese grocery store. You will find a lot of items that you cannot find in traditional grocery store. Also, there is a great prepared food section where you can get delicious dumplings topped with sesame seeds or a reasonable price. One recommendation is to get the dumplings early in the day since they may sell out. The store also has a great selection of dried food products from Asia. more
