disappointing 4/15/2010

the last few times we were there were not very good the food was poor and the service was so-so the last time, and it will be our last, i waited for 50 minutes for my food they served everyone else at the table while i waited, when they were finished my steak came, i ordered it medium, it was raw, cold in the center. didnt want to wait any longer, because the rest of the table was thru, they took the steak off the bill but charges me 7 dollars and change for a tossed salad., when i questioned the manager all she could say was sorry we were busy and shrug Pros: reasonable prices Cons: almost everything else more

Great value, Amazing salad bar. 7/19/2008

I love the homey feel to this restaurant. The food is great for the value. The salad bar is amazing and nice because you can't fine them a lot anymore. It is a nice place to go with your family and know that your family is eating good for a good low price. Also if you need to celebrate an occasion, they have an amazing bar area and banquet room. We were there when there was a party with about 10 people in there bar area and they seemed to be having a great time singing and enjoying their dinner party. I am now thinking of having my birthday there. The owner will sing if he is there to and his voice is worth hearing. Check it out. Pros: Value, salad bar more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR FOOD TODAY 4/15/2008

HAVE BEEN TO KALLY K'S MANY TIMES BEFORE. USUALLY ALWAYS GOOD . THE WAITERS AND WAITRESS ARE SOMEWHAT TO BE DESIRED. SOME ARE GOOD AND OTHERS ARE NOT. HAD A BAD ONE TODAY. ORDERED CHICKEN AND RIBS. THE WAITER SAID THEY WERE BABYBACK RIBS WHICH THEY WERE NOT. THE FIRST BITE IN TO THEM HAD SLIVERS OF BONE. THE CHICKEN WAS TUFFAND POOR QUALITY. THE WAITER CAME BACK AND ASKED HOW EVERYTHING WAS . I TOLD HIM THE MEAL WAS BAD. HE JUST WENT AWAY DID NOT ASK WHY . A FEW MINUTES CAME BACK AND DROPED OFF THE BILL. WE WERE VERY ANNOYED AT THIS KIND OF SRVICE. HAIR IN FOOD; NO APOLOGY, NOTHING! 12/2/2007

While eating the food, I found a long black hair in it! UGH! Nauseated; couldn't even finish eating. I showed the waiter who said nothing. I tried to peek in the kitchen to see if cooks wore hairnets or hats or anything but a hostile employee told me to get away from there. I tried a third person. Asked her if they might like to give me another meal or at least a piece of pie. She said I'd have to PAY for pie if I wanted pie. Pros: FOOD - WHAT I COULD EAT OF IT - WAS PRETTY GOOD Cons: HAIR IN FOOD. NO APOLOGY, NO FREEBIE OFFERED. more

Great value and great food 8/10/2006

My family and I (15) overall went to Kally k's for a birthday party. We had a blast, the owner sang happy birthday to my friend in a tenor's voice. The steak and the prime rib cooked to perfection and the price was a fraction of expected. I recomended to my friends in New York, who tried it and loved it.
