I have a 1999 Ford Explorer (our "beater" car--my wife gets to drive the new one). It is going through its winter years, and I have spent a good deal of money, most of it at Jamaica, over the past few months to keep it running. My experience with them is that they give honest and accurate diagnoses, then they fix what needs to be fixed, and then your car works the way it's supposed to work. I have complete confidence in their workmanship and timeliness. Last, and surely not least, I want to lift up the excellent customer service work, who sets the appointments, runs the estimates, stays on top of everything that goes on, and keeps the customer informed the whole way.
