Avoid this ER if you're alone and single when you need to go to an ER! Glen Cove Hospital has a barbarian shrink named James Thompson screening all ER patients for their Medicaid-eligibility and whether they are alone or with someone that is a recent immigrant unfamiliar with our laws. When he finds a patient fitting this description, sometimes the patient is able to secure medical treatment for the reason they entered the ER, and more often they're denied medical treatment (felony) and he just orders they be incapacitated with an injection of Haldol (powerful antipsychotic) and locked into the psyche ward. Those that receive medical attention first on a medical floor still simultaneously become required to take antipsychotics as a condition to gain their freedom. When the clock is run-out on the medical condition the patient is forced into the psyche ward. Medicaid-eligibility isn't a diagnosis permitting the administration of controlled substances. It also doesn't make a patient a danger to themselves or others to permit the psyche hold. Thompson is engaging in felony abduction!\r

The conspiracy is to abduct Medicaid-eligible patients, keep them locked-up for weeks to months, force them to take randomly prescribed antipsychotics void a diagnosis (felonies) that create mental illness and a belated diagnosis, and that render the abductee incapable of working and forever Medicaid-dependent. Thompson under Richard Zenn's Psyche Dept leadership is doing this because Medicaid is such a generous in terms of lengths of stay and reliable insurer. People with brains and nervous systems made dependent on antipsychotics need to return to the hospital for routine readjustments to the drugs, so people made dependent on these drugs forever Medicaid-dependent maintain high hospital occupancy rates with patients in good financial standing and provide a reliable steady income for the barbarian shrinks.\r

To further the conspiracy, abductees' names are withheld from the patient directory so that no one can find them including law enforcement if they're reported missing. The psyche ward population is about 95 % felony abductees. Writ to habeas corpus is denied them because the judge would catch the shrinks' conspiracy to defraud Medicaid, and the shrinks know they can't prove the patients are dangerous and that the hold was legal from the start. Denial of writ to habeas corpus furthers the conspiracy to defraud Medicaid, because a court record isn't created that enables anyone including law enforcement to learn the abductees' whereabouts and that they were abducted. Patients that ask about writ to habeas corpus are lied to by shrinks such as Zenn and told that the State ordered their hold. Once the hold is 72 hours old, only a judge can order it! Even if victims with brains messed-up from the drugs realize they're being lied to, the sole way they have to gain their freedom is to take the randomly prescribed drugs void diagnosis.\r

Abductees have the legal right to refuse the drugs. At Glen Cove Hospital every abductee refusing the drugs is held down by Security in their rooms--called by the ward manager and injected with Haldol by a nurse which makes them sleep for 1 1/2 days. This repeatedly is done until they comply and take the drugs as a condition to gain their freedom. The length of their abduction is extended as punishment, too. If you enter the ER without quarters and are abducted by the Psychiatry Dept with Zenn as its Chairman, you haven't any way to call anyone from the ward to report the abduction and assaults. Recovery from the chemical assaults is 52 weeks and disability won't cover the recovery.
