Poor Customer Service 12/21/2011

While the Doctors seem competent the front desk staff has no understanding of customer service. Apparently they think that patients won't choose to take their business to another Doctor. Doctors need to realize that a poor front desk staff can kill their business. In this case I will be going somewhere else and telling my friends and family about the rude staff. more
