This establishment should not be in business. They had my car for over SIX WEEKS!! After giving me back my car, the check engine light is on and the transmission will no longer go into fourth gear. The owner claims that the light needs to be reset and that the transmission is working fine! After the engine light came back on I returned to his shop and he told me to take the car to A DIFFERENT SHOP to get a diagnostic and prove to him that something is wrong! I did just that and he claimed that the diagnostic from the other place was worthless to him and he still didn't believe that there was anything wrong with the car. I paid him nearly $2000 for the work that he did and after all of that time... I still cannot drive my car to work! PLEASE if you value your time, money, and your car.. DO NOT go to Kalamazoo Imports for ANY REASON! Pros: NOTHING GOOD TO SAY Cons: DON'T CONSIDER VISITING FOR ANY REASON! more
