I visited friends their - wow what a trashy place, not going back there more

I 'M A LONG TERM RESIDENT OF THE PARK, AND I HAVE SEEN ALOT OF CHANGES MADE SOME GOOD SOME BAD. RIGHT NOW I'M VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE PARK. A WOMEN THAT WE HAVE KNOWN SINCE BRITH WAS DENIED A RIGHT TO BUY A HOME HERE , REASON GIVEN SHE IS NOT 55 AND THE QOATA FOR YOUNGER PEOPLE HAS BEEN REACHED [ I FIND THAT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE] I UNDERSTAND THE RELUCTANCE TO ADMIT YOUNGER PEOPLE DUE TO PROBLEMS IN THE PAST, BUT I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT A BAR HOPPING, POT SMOKING, MAN CHASER IN HER 20'S. I;M TALKING ABOUT A MUTURE 44 YEAR OLD WOMEN WITH A COLLEGE DEGREE IN FORANSIC'S AND A PENDING POSITION WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. ALL SHE WANT'S IS AHOME CLOSE TO HER WORK AND A PLACE WHERE SHE CAN HOPEFULLY MOVE HER 70 YEAR OLD MOTHER IN TO MONITOR HER MED'S AND COOKING. I WOULD THINK THAT IF WE HAVE TO HAVE 20% YOUNGER PEOPLE IN THE PARK, THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD WANT. I HOPE THE PARK WILL RECONSIDER HER REQUEST DON BATES more

Me and my wife have wintered in clearwater area for the past 20yrs. We bought a home in Kakusha last year, when our previous park closed, and we love it here. It's close to the beaches and hwy's. more

I have lived here for many years and the past couple have been like old times in Kakusha. Thanks, to the new owners and management. Keep up the good work! more

I haven't broken any of the rules, but that hasn't stopped them. Some of the problems I have experienced has been harassment from the manager because I was walking with my grandson. Calling the police on me because the woman didn't recognize me(I have been here 4 years). Gossipy, snoopy neighbors, insane lying dumb stuff. Someone steals a bike, blame me. See me returning a borrowed TV and they're sure I'm selling stolen TV's. This place is a mess. more

I'm along term tenant of Kakusha, I have never had an issue concerning guests or family coming over. Kakusha has come along way in the past couple of years from where it was and is coming even further under the new management. more

This place has a gate, so you think it's secure. Really though, this just means that anyone that comes to see you, requires that you walk or drive to the gate to let them in. However; this park is in a low income area with a lot of lowlife types, everyone just waits outside the gate and drives in when someone else comes through; or goes around the gate on foot. Management disrespects residents and their rights. Go elsewhere and be happier. more

Management is hateful and rude. I've lived here 4 years and it gets worse all the time. This is not the place to be if you have friends or family. I was told to notify the manager if I planned to have anyone (including my grandchildren) visiting. I was even asked if I couldn't just meet my family somewhere else. more
