Review of Cut and Color 12/31/2011

The service at Kai is always great. I am always happy with my cut and color. I think the atmosphere could be more "spa-like." For the atmoshpere the services seem a bit over-priced. more

Pre holiday appointment 12/26/2011

I had a Dec. 23rd appointment with Laura. I set it up months in advance. The day of my appointment, I was wondering if I even had time to get my hair done. Too much last minute stuff to do! I am very happy I took the time to get pampered and relax a little before the busy weekend!! Laura did an awesome job and I was feeling rejuvenated and pretty when I left. more

Best highlight and haircut ever! 12/25/2011

This was my first visit to your salon. I saw Kelsey right before Christmas and can honestly say this is the best haircut and highlight I have ever had. The atmosphere and service were incredible. Great overall experience. Prices were a bit high, but given the outcome, it was worth every penny! more

I love the salon experience and I'm a guy! It's nice to get a haircut that doesn't look ridiculous (like my previous haircuts from Great Clips & Fantastic Sams)! And, they use a scissors instead of a clippers! I love the neck message and the pampering! Ava is great! Andy more

Getting ready for the holidays can be so crazy so I always carve out time to go to Kai Salon for a little pampering. I feel so much better after getting a scalp massage, a hair cut and my hair styled. The atmosphere is perfect - I love the tea and the salon is so elegant. I recently received some of the new services in the spa. The spa is beautiful and relaxing and the services exceeded my expectations. I have had a bad facial in the past and Mandy was fabulous. My massage was great as well, Becky worked on the areas I needed the most.. Thanks girls I will be back. more

I have tried many salons in my lifetime and this one is by far my favorite. They are a perfect combination of current yet friendly. Sarah always does a great job of listening to my wants and giving her own recommendations. I never ever feel pressured to buy stuff I don't need. In the end, I always have a great experience and great cut. more
