Shyster pure and simple. Preys upon seniors who have been the victims of felonious identity theft, ignoring evidence of fraudulent signatures, police reports and reports to the Federal Trade Commission, of a Federal Offense. All this, as Kahrs' own website proclaims, "...for the glory of God". Should be disbarred. Or at least this Kansas State Representative should be impeached. more

Great attorney and Service!! 2/27/2013

Very good attorney. We are a collection agency that has used Kahrs Law Offices to collect on our accounts for over 10 years. They collected on our accounts in a timely and professional manner and are great to deal with. The negative reviews are obviously from debtors who are not happy they were forced to pay through legal action. Point in fact - Kahrs Law Offices is commission based. Therefore, there is no possible way for them to steal from a client and the person making that review is lying and just out to slander. more

Clarifications 2/27/2013

The negative reviews were written by debtors who were unhappy that they were placed for collections. Kahrs Law Offices is commission based so if they don't collect they don't get paid. Therefore, it is not possible for them to steal from a client. Debtors who are forced to pay through legal action are often unhappy and feel they have been victimized or stolen from. That is understandable because the debtor was not willing to pay voluntarily. Remember, the debtor is not the client, the person who hired Kahrs Law Offices to sue the debtor is the client. more

He is a lawyer we should avoid. If you search his name and "lawyer to avoid" online, you will find his name on that list. I regret that I did not check his info online! My personal experience reconfirmed the rating. He needs to understand that people pay him to help deliver the justice. Unfortunately, he gave us a feeling of being victims twice -- he made us pay him hundreds of dollars without collecting a penny. When we seek his response, he rarely responds! more
