Dr. Kahn has removed three of my wisdom teeth -- one at a time, over 15 years. He and his staff are effective, caring and outstanding at performing a difficult job perfectly. I probably won't need another extraction, but if I did, I wouldn't go to anyone but Dr. Kahn. more

Dr. Kahn is a very caring doctor. He did a biopsy of a bump in the roof of my mouth. He had the horrible job of telling me that the biopsy came back positive for cancer. The manner in which he delivered such news was so kind and caring. He had even set up an appointment for me to go see a head and neck surgeon the same day he delivered the news to me. And of course when you get news like this it is probably one of the worst things someone has to tell you. He even called me to see how I was doing and try to answer any questions I had concerning the pathology report he received. I am OK now....a year and a half later and went to his office today to personally thank him for being so caring and kind. I highly recommend him. He was recommended by my dentist Dr. Robinson who is also wonderful.\r more

Dr. Kahn is amazing! His pre-op explanations are clear and straightforward; his manner is kind and reassuring; and he performed a tricky surgery on me with consummate skill (unsurprising, given his 30 years of experience). He and his wife (also Dr.) made a wonderful team.\r \r The entire experience could have been nightmarish--instead, it was almost relaxing. Dr. Kahn was quite gentle, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the option to choose background music during the operation was hugely soothing. \r \r Literally the only additional thing I would recommend to people is that they get an additional soft ice pack (beyond the one that Dr. Kahn's office provides). I found that it helped the swelling to have 2 and switch them out.\r \r If I, or my family, ever need further oral surgery, we will go to Dr. Kahn--and so will any friends I can recommend him to. I felt like he took care of me as he would his own family. Pros: Extraordinary service & skill; caring manner; great explanations; relaxing ambience Cons: Unfortunately (like many surgeons) they can't just bill your insurance--you have to pay at least a big chunk up front. But it's worth it! more

I LOVE DR. KAHN! : ) I never thought I'd have such a great experience having my teeth pulled. Dr. Kahn and his wife were GREAT! The office is neat and clean and everyone who works there seems so close. It's like a family. Dr. Kahn is very thorough in his explanation and his work. I required IV sedation so his wife, Mrs. Dr. Kahn : ) was there to assist and really helped me relax. They have a CD player with a wide variety of music or they even let you bring your own music! It's great, if you have soothing music that you like or that really helps you relax, to have that option. I've had bad dental experiences and was afraid to go back for years. I avoided the dentist like the black plague but, my brother recommeded Dr. Kahn and it was the best recommendation I've ever gotten for anything-ever. The Doctors Kahn really do everything possible to make sure you have a pleasant and comfortable experience. I just can't say enough. They even gave their home phone number in case I needed to call them and Mrs. Dr. Kahn called me at home to see how I was doing the day after my surgery! I was so grateful and surprised and impressed. How many oral surgeons or doctors period, take time out of their weekend to check up on a patient? I'd had 2 teeth pulled that time and could hardly talk but, it really made me feel like they really do care. That's dental care that you just can't beat. If you ever need oral surgery, go see Dr. Kahn. I was skeptical at first but, now I wish he did more than surgery because I'd love for him to be my regular dentist. Dr. Kahn's the best. Pros: The doctor's ""chair side manner"", the music, atmosphere, painless procedure-just everything more

Dr. Kahn is a kindly man who explains the procedure to be performed very thoroughly and tells you what is going on every step of the way. I feel grateful that oral surgeons as good as Dr. Kahn are available when you need them ~ I was able to have my surgery performed the day after it was diagnosed by my dentist! Five Stars ***** Dr. Kahn! Pros: Lovely office, you get to pick the music to be played during your procedure. Cons: None. more

I had a wisdom tooth pulled and Dr. Kahn was very pleasant and friendly. I avoid going to the dentist, but my experience at Dr. Kahn's office put me at ease. There were a few children in the waiting room and they seemed completely unconcered about being there. more
