Great Service! 8/24/2010

We had our family reunion here in August and had family in from all over the country. Cathy and her staff were wonderful. From accommodating our requests for early decorating time to the courteous staff on duty, we couldn't have found nicer people. We had our event on the lower level, and the elevator was the only negative - very old-fashioned and dated looking. We will definitely be back! more

Poor Venue and Rude Service 4/12/2010

I would never reccommend kahler hall to anyone. Their management staff sucks and ruined a very special occasion for me and my family. It seems as if they are racist and rather discrimantory against blacks. Please change venues and find another rather than considering kahler hall. Cons: Management sucks!! more

Very Poor Service 2/4/2010

Very unfriendly staff. Provided no help. Also had to call multiple times before I received call backs from anyone. I would reccommend people go elsewhere. There are much nicer venues with much better customer service. Pros: The place is very spacious Cons: Unfriendly staff more

Super venue, great service 8/4/2009

Large kitchen and lovely lobby...I would highly recommend Kahler Hall. Pros: Bring own caterer, free decorating time Cons: No chandeliers more
