Barbara helped me with a partial tear in my achilles tendon a few years ago and then last year helped Jamie , one the the venice skateboarders. He could barely walk after breaking both ankles and she got him not only walking but he is once again a sponsored skater and pursuing his dreams. I will be seeing her again for a snowboarding injury and look forward to a speedy recovery. Pros: personalized, excellent care more

Highly personalized attention from the therapist herself, not a staffer. 10/22/2008

Barbara has seen my 13-year-old daughter several times, and so far she has been excellent. My daughter gets her personal attention, not that of some staffer, and Barbara's very warm and supportive. Also very flexible in her scheduling. Don't be put off by the considerable New York accent (if you're inclined to be put off by such); she's very nice. She appears knowledgeable, though as an attorney, I'm not really in a position to know. But she came on excellent recommendation, from a well-credentialed orthopedist. Pros: Personal attention, warm, friendly approach, apparently very knowledgeable. Cons: None that I can think of. more

physical therapy 10/21/2008

have been to barbara for several different physcial therapy needs (after knee reconstruction surgery and for neck/back issues) and she's great! knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a compassionate person. i highly recommend her for any physcial therapy needs. more

Great physical therapist. 2/4/2008

I worked with the extraordinary Ms. Kagan for several weeks. She is thorough, she listens, she is incredibly knowledgeable, and she's very flexible in her approach (i.e., if something doesn't work for you, she comes up with something else). Most important, my results have been excellent. I recommend her heartily. Pros: On time. Thorough. Talented. Cons: Truly, none. more
