I've been going to Dr. Kagan for over 10 years for aesthetic treatments. I can't say enough great things about him. I used to only go for Botox treatments, but now get Dysport, fillers and plan to do Sculptra shortly. He is extremely knowledgeable, articulate and thorough. In addition to him being a fantastic doctor, the staff is always wonderful, hours are great and prices are competitive. In many cases the prices are lower than the ego crazy Beverly Hills surgeons. I definitely recommend him. :) more

Knowing Dr. Arkaby Kagan MD. for more than ten years , i can say that his professionalism and the ability to make people trust him and respect him as a doctor and as a person make Dr. Arkaby Kagen one of the best doctors in L.A with all his work, he put all different cases of hes clients in a right direction and people can see and feel an excellent results after the work is done I can highly recommend hes service to anyone who needs to make a decision which doctor to choose, to be one hundred percent satisfied with the right chose sincerely , Ninel Pekalok more

When I needed to correct vision, I have decided to choose the best expert. Has received info about Arkady Kagan, has learned about his popularity. Having listened to fine opinions, I have decided to entrust this wonderful expert. Arkady Kagan - is an excellent doctor ! Will closely listen about a problem of the patient. Quickly finds the best decision of any difficult situation. Clever, fair, intelligent. Highly recommended. Vision correction was done fast. I am very grateful ! more

I'm very thankful to Arkady Kagan for perfect correction of my vision to 100 %. PRK way to correct vision works so fast, so I was able to do computer programming in 4 days after correction !!! Great doctor, good prices, gorgeous office. The most important - hight quality ! Also thanks to office collective for wonderful service ! more

I can't believe how a few minute procedure could so immediately and drastically change my vision...and therefore my life!!"" I am very happy with the results. I don't need to use glasses any more! The Best in Facial Cosmetic Surgery in L.A ! 4/8/2011

Dr. Kagan is an amazing doctor for all procedures related to the eyes.\r Due to his fabulous CK vision procedure, I have not needed reading\r glasses for almost six years now. What a blessing! He has also done\r cosmetic eyelid surgery, which I have been extremely pleased with. The\r best part of all of Dr. Kagan's surgical procedures is that they are all done\r in his spacious office with his wonderfully, qualified staff. Dr. Kagan is one of the most amazing Doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting and being a patient of. Dr. Kagan did a wonderful job and my eyes and I am happy that I can see better because of him! I'd recommend Dr. Kagan 110 times out of 100. more
