I've dealt with these folks for years, 20 years probably. The only time I use them is when I have an accident situation.
I had a first-ever hiccup with Kadel two weeks ago. I have a new truck that got repaired with a big scratch in it, and the color didn't match, two different tones of white. The thing about Kadel's is their customer service, they fix it. Their customer service is exemplary. If they have a problem, they fix it.
Chris and Jason both were very helpful. Kadel's is fortunate to have them. I deal with a lot of customer service people in my business, and some are not as exemplary. They're just good people to work with, they listen, and they didn't hesitate whatsoever to fix the problem. It's how you handle hiccups that count.
