This by far the best Agency out in the Atlanta area. They have taken care of both my husband and myself. Going the extra mile to ensure we have the best of care. Our caregivers have been with Kadan over 10 years which says a lot for a company. Great cooks and doesn't mine trying my southern recepies. The office staff sends me birthday cards and even sends a nurse out to see me for no charge. This company was truly built on caring for others. The price isn't so high we couldn't afford it. They have become like family to us. more

I'd worked with multiple agencies in Atlanta while trying to manage care for mom out of state, and I found Kadan was the best and most reliable. My mom really enjoyed the company of her caregivers and I found it reassuring that they've been in around for so long. I'd highly recommend them. more

Do not use this service. They are nothing more than glorified babysitters.\r \r They use college students who have no experience in home healthcare as employees who do not care about their patients.\r \r I just had multiple surgeries and I had to cook and do everything myself. The caregiver even put a used piece of toasted bread back in a bag of fresh bread.\r \r They didn't care whether I was in pain, eating, drinking or having bowel movements.\r \r One caregiver was so concerned about me reading their brochure than about how I was doing.\r \r They never showed up on time.\r \r A waste of money\r \r All the corporate staff at Kadan could say to me after a horrible experience was they were ""sorry""\r \r Sorry doesn't take away the suffer and possible psychological and physical damage I experienced while I was not supposed to be running around and possibly damaging my health and stressing out while I was supposed to be relaxed and not stressed.\r \r I do not wish these horrible people on my greatest ememy more

After using 4-5 other agencies, we are so glad we found Kadan. They are one of the few agencies which offer as little as 4 hours of care a day. This is very important as parents adjust to losing independence and having care givers in the home. Communication with the family is fantastic, and the staff is very compassionate. I would highly recommend Kadan. more

Kadan has always been there for my family. Great Staff, whats so wonderful about them is they try so very hard to match the Caregiver to the family member that needs service. And they are locally owned and really care about their clients. I was always able to reach some one any time that i called. My mother uses this service for my father who is in his 80s and needs constant care. They are always late and making excuses as to why. It really interferes with my mom's plans, and we she calls the main number, they don't seem to know what they are talking about. Just my 2 cents. more

The staff at Kadan Homecare is superb. The field staff is dependable, reliable, and their personal conduct is beyond reproach. The office staff is qualified, competent, and very friendly. They provide excellent care for our aging community. Highly recommended! more
