Great food at a reasonable price. Love the pizza, it is some of the best around. Everything I have ordered was very good - hambergers, sandwich, etc. Love the menu with so many different choices. Fast, hot, with large portions and well-crafted food. Very reasonable prices. Clam chowder is hard to get right on delivery but they aced it, along with everything else. more

I don't understand people complaining of the food taste/quality. I just love this place, everytime I have friends over we end up at Lucy's and enjoy it at least once a week. Their pizzas are great, especially the five dollar pickup pizza! I just finally had the turkey burger and it was great. The food is great for the price. I highly suggest trying a pizza for pickup, any of their burgers (namely, the bistro and turkey burger), the creamy garlic sauce pasta, the Diablo shrimp pasta, and the lobster ravioli. My girlfriend loves the lule kabob sandwich, I'm not the biggest fan. friendly staff too btw. more

just to give this some balance -- Great food and was delivered lickety-split (32 minutes to be exact) Very happy - very satisfied. more

Still waiting for our food... the next day. In a nutshell, delivery never came, and we were left hungry and scrambling to figure out dinner. My wife and I read such amazing reviews about this restaurant so we thought we'd give it a shot. 1 pizza, 1 calzone, that's it. Cut to an hour and a half later, and no delivery man yet. With every car that passed by, I perked up hoping it was our food, but no luck. We got in touch with eat24hours, who graciously got in touch with them and said Lucy's apologized, and our food would be delivered within 10-15 min. Not a great first impression, but no foul-- Places get busy, orders fall through, we get it. After a total of 2 1/2 hours and no food, we got back in touch with eat24 to ask them to cancel our order. We received a call from eat24 apologizing and saying that the owner/manager of Lucy's said that the food had been delivered and the delivery guy was already back... I assured eat24 that we hadn't received any food, and eat24 bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. GREAT COMPANY. Unlike Lucy's, who either A: Lied about delivering the food, or B: Delivered the food to the wrong address and didn't check to confirm if it was the person who made the order/paid for the food. Thank God I didn't add a tip to the credit card pre-receiving it. I don't know if it was a bad night for Lucy's or this is the norm when it comes to their delivery, but we will never find out. There are way too many great restaurants and places that do deliver on time to ever risk our lunch or dinner plans with this establishment. more

I dont know about these "reviews" of yelp but this place is horrible. They took over an hour to deliver a few simple items. The veggie lasagna was the worse ive ever had. Seriously..Didnt even resemble lasagna.. Soggy, messy and sloppy. The lulu kabob was "ok" I guess as well as the turkey burger but overall I am pissed I ate this food. The garlic bread wasnt even cooked and just had cold spread on it. SMH more
