As a single female and not mechanically inclined, at least with cars, I am particularly wary about car service centers. I have never doubted the honesty and integrity at Kirkwood. They are courteous and respectful. They recommend future maintenance items, but make it a point not to ensure me waiting will not cause my car, or me to be harms way. Unlike other service centers that try to scare you into paying for something that's not needed at the time. While they are a bit more expensive than others, not being ripped off is well, priceless.
