My son purchased his car in early July...He went away to school in August and here it is September and we just found out that the Kia Dealership sold him a Kia Soul with a busted head gasket! Don't trust them! You can't get anyone on the phone. They are a real rip off!!! more

THE SLIMIEST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER GONE TO! This is the worst experience with a dealership I've had. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was actually told by my Vulture (probably too nice of a description for him) of a salesman that they needed to see if "they wanted to do business with me" his words. $0 down, and $99 a month, SCAM!!!! I don't know how they stay in business, and I will be posting this message all over the internet hopefully alerting people to their SHADY DEALERSHIP, AND UNDER QUALIFIED, DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY SALES PEOPLE. This is the shadiest dealership I have ever entered. The finance Manager forged our signature on a service plus contract. And we cancelled our gap insurance three months ago and the dealership had been refunded the money from the insurance company two months ago and they refuse to return the money to us. We are forced to now sue them in civil court. You cant even get them to return phone calls. I have filed complaints with the BBB and have since discovered their rating is a F! more

My husband and I went to Nissan of Union City when we were looking to purchase a car. We had no intention of buying a car that day and made it well known to the salesman. We were just checking out the cars, and trying to get some information. They asked if we were going to trade in our car, and if they could give us a trade in value on it. They said it would only take 10 minutes, and then they would give us a price. Reluctantly we said OK, and gave them the key. Well that was the wrong thing to do, because in their eyes they thought that we were going to buy a car from them and they weren't going to let us out the door. We had to ask for our keys back 4 times before we finally got them. We left immediately. We did purchase a Nissan, but not from them. We have a friend that had the same problem. The service department sucks also....the car is under warranty, but they won't even look at or fix the problems we are having, they just keep telling us that it is normal!!! more
