Taco Bell on a list of ""best"" Cleveland restaurants shows the sorry state of culinary affairs in my beloved home town. I've long since moved to Chicago (a city with actual restaurants, that are actually open when you're hungry, you can eat at often without a second mortgage, and have actual owners) and seeing this only fortifies my attitude that having the best restaurant in Cleveland is like being the smartest of the Three Stooges, or being the most honest Republican.
