On THE 15TH OF FEB. I BOUGHT 2 REESES SWIRLS. ONE OF THEM HAD PIECES OF PLASTIC SHREDED UP MIXED INTO THE ICE CREAM. I CONTACTED THE STORE MANAGER (WILLY) WHO TOLD ME YES THAT DOES HAPPEN AND ITS BECAUSE OF THE MACHINE. NO APPOLOGIES NO REFUND. SERVICE IS BELOW AVERAGE AND FOOD IS JUST OK more

One of the better KFC/A&W's 8/20/2005

I'm not a fan of KFC in general, but this KFC is a step above the others. It's clean, and the people are friendly, and even helped me with a school project for film in high school. Highly recommended if you like KFC, I just don't. more

Thie drive thru at this resturant is very fast and effective. The menu is a little pricey. The A&W added to the building makes it a plus..if your looking for a root beer float after a spicy piece of chicken. more

This particular joint KFC/A&W is the most welcoming fast food restaurant in Lawrence. You will always be greeted with a million dollar smile. Plus, the establishment is relatively new, leaving a clean and sharp looking dining hall. Last but not least, don't pass on the draft root beer (straight out of the tap); the best.
