I have gotten several things done there, like the other review, they were never done on time. However, I am very short and usually have a hard time getting pants at just the right length, they are always too short. This is the only place I have found that hems pants to the exact length you tell them. The work is quality and all the hems have held. They do a good job, just expect your clothes to be ready a few days after they tell you they will be ready. When I took my clothes in on Wednesday this business said my clothes would most likely be ready on Friday (all that needed to be done was taking up the hem), but they would be sure to be done the following Tuesday. They weren't done, no one called to tell me they weren't done, I showed up and was told they were working on them and to return in a hour. I returned 24 hours later and they still were no done. I was flatly refused a refund and they didn't seem to care one bit that they had not delivered the items when they said they would. I felt lied to and angry.
