KCI Express Shuttle Terrible! 6/2/2016

Terrible service. The driver was late to KCI driving a taxi. No ID re: KCI Express Shuttle. We weren't convinced at first he was even our pick-up driver. Claimed he didn't have our home address. He stopped to buy gas after picking us up. He ran two stop signs in our neighborhood. I will not and would NOT recommend using KCI Express Shuttle. more

  • KCI Express Shuttle provides non-stop shuttle services for groups and individuals visiting via the Kansas City International Airport. We will meet you and your group on arrival, and shuttle you to any Greater Kansas City area location. Make your reservations online or call reservatation center and let us get you to were you need to go. We don't provide Share Ride Services.

    Your satisfaction is our first priority. We offer trips to and from the KCI Airport. We will get you to any destination in Kansas City and back if needed. Our drivers are always on time and courteous.
