KC Stoneworks installed two retaining walls for the walk-out basement of my house. They finished the job and left the site on a day when I was not around to inspect the work. The fit and finish of the walls cap blocks was not good. There are a couple of cap blocks that had to be cut, they were way off on their measurements and now I have huge gaps between blocks. When I left several phone messages trying to get them to come back and correct this, surprise - no call back. They also did not do several things that they said they would do (install Geogrid with the wall, back-fill with stone against the house foundation). Kevin will basically tell you what you want to hear upfront, then they will cut every corner they can with the job.
