KB Complete is the worst company that I ever met. High price, unfriendly staff. 20 minutes replacement of a draft inducer motor charges over $400-500 labor. Strongly not recommend this company. more

I was very satisfied with the Service we recieved from KC Complete Plumbing and Heating. We asked them to come out to our home to complete some items from a recent home inspection so we could sell our home. Alex came out to the house and spent over three hours going over the inspection report and addressing all the buyers concerns. He fixed everything and even gave us a discount on the cost. Very happy. We've never had a bad experience with KB Complete. 10/16/12. more

Very Happy! 5/17/2011

I needed a new AC and got bids from three well established local companies. I was very pleased with the way the salesman took his time and explained everything in detail to me; and their bid was the best one, so I went with them. The installers that came to my house were clean-cut and courteous. Everything went very smooth and I am very happy with my new AC. more

KB Complete came and did an estimate to fix my water heater which was out of my price range and than charged me for the visit. I complained about the fee since I thought it was a free estimate. They refunded me the full cost. Fair business practice, Thank you, Matt more
