Affordable Air Conditioning install 3/10/2012

Awesome Air Conditioning Company. The guys from KAC EXPRESS Air Conditioning were great. Not only does the installation look amazing but they were very courteous and very helpful with all the questions i had about my new, efficient RHEEM System. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to upgrade their Air Conditioning Unit. MY AC SYSTEM WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!! They even put down drop-cloths to protect my floors, and then showed me how it all works and maintenance the Air Conditioning System. Thank you KAC EXPRESS Air Conditioning for a job well done more

Reasonable AC Repair 2/20/2012

I called KAC EXPRESS AC and Heating to have someone come out and fix our a/c. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and had our system up and running by the next day! Great customer service and really friendly staff. I will definitely recommend to my friends! more

Fast and Reliable 1/17/2012

My family couldn't be happier with the service and responsiveness. We have been having problems with our AC system all summer, doing minor repairs to keep it limping along, and getting other companies to come out was such a hassle. I read some reviews of KAC EXPRESS and decided to give them a call. That turned out to be a great decision. They answered my call right away and even had a rep come out the same day. The price is more than affordable. I could barely get other companies on the phone and so glad we found this company. Thanks so much! Recommended for any AC Repair more

Reasonable, reliable and professional AC Repair. Recommend. 1/1/2012

I just moved in a house and the air conditioning unit was pretty old. I had three companies come out and bid on replacing the unit. I choose this company because of the price but also my next door neighbor has been using him for years and has been very happy. His team of technician were very nice and very clean. So far my new system system is working great and I am very happy we found someone we could trust. Thank you more

Fast service, but over Charged and Dishonest 10/26/2011

Was recommended by friend, I called him and he sent out a tech to check out my AC, and replaced the blower belt for $325, That same night, I can hear my AC running but no air from air duct, so I contacted him again. Monday morning the Owner show up and told me that my AC blower motor went out. So another $800 later my AC still where it was before I called him never get lower than 84 degree. According to him that it was normal for my AC to stay at 84 degree when it was 100+ degree outside. I Lost $1,125 plus the Stress and Lost of Business. Too hot at my Business so my customers refused to come in when I told them that my AC was broken. more

Best Air Conditioning Repair Company. Honest and Reasonable 10/22/2011

Called him late in the afternoon when my compressor stopped working. He showed up that evening and had it fixed promptly. He gave me a very fair price and did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need. He was very honest and I will use him for all of my AC repair and maintenance needs more

Quick Response and Professional. Reasonable rate 10/5/2011

We have used KAC EXPRESS for many years. We even used them to replace our furnace and air conditioner six years ago. They come out twice a year to check our system and provide service as needed. They are always on time clean and efficient in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing work done on their heat and air systems or looking for a new system. more

BEST AC Service and Repair in Houston 7/5/2011

On a hot July 4th weekend our AC went out and regardless of the holiday or how late it was, Trung was there to fix it for us! He called us the following day to check how comfortably we slept the night before and to make sure that the AC was running good. We were VERY satisfied with the friendly service of KAC Express. Trung went over and beyond to make sure our system was working correctly. Prices are very reasonable compared to others...and yes I would definitely use KAC Express in the future!! Thank you so much KAC Express!!! more
