I was recently in the market for a mini storage unit in Seguin and called K-2 Storage. Turns out they are brand new and right in town about a block south of I-10 and Austin Street...

Nicest storage facility in Seguin! 1/27/2009

I was recently in the market for a mini storage unit in Seguin and called K-2 Storage. Turns out they are brand new and right in town about a block south of I-10 and Austin Street (next door to Patlan Elementary and across N. Austin from Home Depot). The staff is super friendly and willing to help and the facility is the nicest one I've seen in or around Seguin. Their rates are competitive, too. Overall I would rate my experience there excellent. more

We sell boxes and moving supplies and offer tenant insurance through an outside vendor. K-2 Storage offers affordable storage convenient to residents and business in the Seguin New Braunfels, San Marcos, Marion, Geronimo, Kingsbury, Cibolo, and Schertz areas. The facility has 100% concrete slabs and driveways, is fully fenced with electronic keypad access and has 24 hour video surveillance throughout the property. We have a knowledgeable and friendly on-site manager and are always available by phone. Office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday by appointment.
