Terrible experience....not once but three times. We still have three races left on our race package but we wont use them. For some reason, this place is a magnet for 20-40 year old males who think go-kart racing is their ticket to fame and glory by smashing any opponent in their way....yelling, cussing, and throwing their helmet at my 10 year old son. The race staff did nothing to stop this either. My son was struck and pushed into the barrier wall backward on the track with two other drivers who had him pinned while the other racers were able to complete three laps around the track (stuck & being intimidated/yelled at for a long time). During this time, the aggressive psycho's were yelling and cussing at my son. My son is a star tackle football player and isn't afraid of much, he's a pretty tough kid, but after this experience, he doesn't want to race anymore. I wish I could say this is just limited to aggression toward the inexperienced drivers but my husband and I have also had two bad experiences where psycho Indy 500 wanna-be's get their kicks from forcing other drivers into the barrier walls while the staff does nothing about it. K-1 staff need to BE MORE AWARE of problems AND separate groups according to those who are racing for FUN and those who think they are COMPETITIVE racers....
