TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! You do not want to use this florist! They have terrible business eithic and customer service. I was told my funeral arrangement would be delivered same-day and it was not. When I called the next day to see what happened, they told me not only did they not deliver it, but they wanted me to pay full price even though it was their mistake!! WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! more

Great service, fabulous customer service! 5/6/2008

I had to order flowers over the phone due to being in Germany. The florist was very helpful and very descriptive. She was also assuring, which is important when you are making a phone call from another continent. The price was right, and I can't complain about the service at all. more
