I missed something with these pretzels 8/23/2006

Maybe today was an off day for the K & R Pretzel Bakery. After seeing Cindy review come up almost everyday, I loaded my daughter in the car and off we went. The novelty of the hot pretzel coming off the conveyor belt is cool and the price is right (I got 6 for $3), but they didn't taste like anything spectacular to me. If anything they were very dough-ey tasting and kind of blah. I also didn't see any other baked items offered. They had bagged popcorn and lots of old-school candies - candy buttons, gummy worms, NECCO wafers, strawberry licorice twists, fireballs, etc. But in my opinion, the pretzels were not so good. I'd rather drive to the outlet mall for a pretzel from Uncle Andy's! more

I hunger for their great pretzels Ü 8/18/2005

They are so tasty and come right off the conveyer belt out of the oven. Nowhere up here can I get that fresh of a product and at a great price. more

Best Pretzels you'll ever eat!! 7/17/2005

K & R Pretzel Bakery has the best pretzels you'll ever eat. They bake them fresh everyday. You can actually watch them being made as they move across the conveyer belt and through the oven. The machine has been there as long as the building I think. They also have waffle cakes which are delicious. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love K& R Pretzel Bakery. They have a wide selection of "old time" candy. But no matter what you are looking for, you have to try their pretzels. more
