I a not the type of person to complain about a business...in fact, this is my first complaint ever.
In general:
1) They are located in a really bad area of L.A. You are better off going somewhere else.
2) The are a ""second-rate"" store, inside and out!
3) The staff is completely unprofessional
4) The staff lacks proper communication skills...ESPECIALLY amongst themselves.
5) They have a limited selection of phones and services.
Overall, SAVE your TIME and MONEY!!!! You are better off going somewhere else!
As for what specifically happened to me:
I dropped off my phone to get repaired on a Friday, told me to call back on Monday. I did and they said that they will have it fixed by Wednesday the latest. I then called back and then they said Friday (first because they couldn't get the needed part in time, and then second the technician was sick). So then 2 WEEKS pass (this project was only suppose to last a few days) and then I was FINALLY told that my phone WAS ready to be picked up..it was FINALLY repaired. Once I arrived they said ""oh yeah....we weren't able to fix it."" They should have told me this over the phone....!....ESPECIALLY since I called about 10 times within that 2 week period to check the status of it. THEN the two second-rate and unprofessional employees working there started bickering amongst themselves asking each other ""why did you tell him that!?"". They played dumb. And then they would not refund me the service fee.
Pros: nothing great!
Cons: READ BELOW!
