Quick and Professional 2/20/2014

Had a noise which dealer who was selling the car couldn't seem to diagnose, took it to Rick and within a 2 mile drive and 30 min in the shop he had the noise located and was able to provide options to correct and repair. All this was done even though he was aware the dealer was going to have to make it good, honesty and professionalism is what Rick provides. Maybe he should rename the business K&K Professional Performance!!! more

Helped me avoid a costly repair 1/26/2014

fast service. The bill was what I was expecting, and even though I hadn't asked them to check, they checked and found I was low in transmission fluid helping me avoid what could have been a costly repair. more
