March 1, 2011I had seen the previous reviews, but took a chance because Judy is close to my home and others had recommended her. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism and attention to every detail. She was pleasant, just as my friends had told me. I will always return here and recommend my friends. She has many years experience in this field and it shows. I was given complete courtesy. I can't imagine what was wrong in the other instance, but I believe there's more to that story than just what was printed. She is also half the price of other notories which is an extra benefit. more

Like the others who have posted I never thought I would feel the need to write a bad review regarding a notary. But she was that awful.... Judy had absolutely no concept of customer service when I went in today to have my document notarized. She was short and rude on the phone and that should have been my first inclination to walk the other way. She was on a personal call when I walked in and the one chair in the room was covered in documents. I had called just moments before and yet she told me she was going to be awhile. I waited, standing for a long time. Then she told me that the documents that my Florida based company had given me were illegal the way they were written. I checked with my company (who are extensive and have their own lawyers) as well as online and Judy was most definitely wrong. She was curt and had an awful attitude. I do NOT recommend anyone go there. more

I normally don't feel strongly enough to care and write these things. I went to these people for a notarized document. The woman, Judy, that ""helped"" me seemed friendly at first. Then, she told me I didn't have the right documents. I asked her more specifically what she meant and she yelled at me, ""You're not listening to me."" Of course I was trying to, but it didn't help that she was yelling. Seemed like she was frustrated and took it out on me. Then one of her employees came out with a package and she snapped at him as well. I don't pay to be treated this way....Unprofessional, unfriendly, poor customer service. Poor service rating. Enough said. more
