K C Johnson Plumbing

This review is in response to the earlier two posted by the same person. The situation in question was a serious plumbing emergency that occured twice. Because of the issue we (landlord) informed KC Johnson they could enter even though the tenant hadn't responded because it was an emergency. At no time did KC lie to us and at no time did we inform this tenant we had received complaints and wouldn't use them again. KC Johnson has done a terrific job for us and we will continue to do business with them. We are sorry the tenant feels this way. \r \r more

My friend rents an apartment, and they use KC Johnson for their plumbing. One of the apartments below her had a leak, so the plumber wanted to check my friend's apartment for leaks. He called my friend up, but she missed the call because she was at work. He told the landlord he had her permission (false), and in the process of checking for leaks (she had none), ruined 2 kitchen towels by using them for something and got grease and dirt all over them, and tracked mud across her expensive new rug. She later came home for lunch to find the place looking like this, and called her landlord, not knowing what had happened, having missed the call. Her landlord said it wasn't the first complaint like this they'd had about them, and probably wouldn't use them again. Her co-workers apparently have had problems with this company as well according to her. more
