hi kati, chris here. your boyfriend ( or husband ) originally came in the store and set up the whole job with us. most linoleum floors need some type of preparation prior to putting a new floor down. 80% of all floors fail because of improper prep work. your boyfriend specifically told us we were not to prep the floor, that he would do it and that was written right on the front of your contract . we give customers that option because we have landlords come in all the time looking to put down a quick floor and price is a concern. preping obviously cost more .your boyfriends idea of preping the floor was just to cut away the curled edges all the way around the kitchen, leaving a hole all the way around and in the doorway . i tryed to do a great job, but there is only so much i can do with my hands tied. the reason the owner did not offer to fix your floor is once the floor is glued down, it cannot be fixed because it is glued down . when a customer doesnt want any prep, they are taking a chance of lumps, bumps, or valleys showing and i explaned that to you over the phone when you first called. this sounds to me like your boyfriend tried to keep everything cheap, and you had high expectations. your boyfriend got exactly what he asked and paid for .accusing us of being unprofessional is rediculous this is like walking into mcdonalds and ordering a hamburger with no mustard and ketchup, then being mad because the burger is dry. we're sorry your not happy, but we've done nothing wrong
Pros: good prices,friendly service,good installation
Cons: outdated store
