I bought 4 remote starts from the owner, 1 for my girlfriend and 3 for friends all for Christmas. Had to get a $45 chip made (from the owners buddy how convenient) for the remote start to work and then they didn't install it right so the 2 other factory key fobs wouldn't start the car. After a month the car wouldn't start at all so had it towed back and they supposedly replaced the unit. 2 months after that the car would start and then shut back off. Asked for money back, the owner refused and said he had never seen me before. \r \r My friend’s car started having problems then wouldn't turn off one day. Finally unplugged the battery and alternator and car shut off but then wouldn't re-start. Took it back to them and he said the starter was bad but his brother owns a mechanic shop across the street and could fix it. After he put the new starter in the guy jacked the price way up to $467 to put a new starter on and the car STILL wouldn't start. He said if he didn't pay they wouldn't give him the car! They had it towed to a local mechanic and he found the issue in 20 minutes-THE JUNK REMOTE START. \r \r On top of all that the guy charged me 12.5% sales tax, way over Wyandotte co tax rate. Currently have complaints filed with the attorney general and better business bureau. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU NEED IT TO GET YOU TO WORK EVERY DAY LIKE WE DO.\r more

First time I went to KCK Audio & Alarm I had a remote start put on my car. They did an excellent job and it is still working great today and it has been 4 years. I also had them fix a problem with my ignition switch and then install a DVD player. Had some issues with that but, they have stood behind their work and have fixed everything and were happy to do it. They never gave me any kind of greif over anything that I took back. I think they are the best place in KCK to go for any kind of Audio or Alarm installation. Price is excellent. more

this place is horrible, they do have the cheapest prices in town and now I know why because they cant install without messing up your car. when I got my car back it had more problems then a chinese math book. I had to pay another well known shop to fix the birds nest of wires and loose connection.\r the owner is a taliban. the store is a old gas station cluttered from front to back and the shop is a freestanding polebarn. do your home work and shop around there is a good shop in kck but this isnt it. dont make my mistake to save a few dollars\r more

K C Audio is a great and friendly place to buy car tires, audio equipment, custom car tire rims, car batteries, sound speakers, amplifiers, get window tinting and getting car alarms, GPS machines and car stereo accessories. The owner named ""Monty"" is bilingual in 4 languages (English, Spanish, Arabic and Hebrew.., I think.) He is so friendly that everybody coming in his store are return customers time after time. He knows everyone on a first name basis and his staff is attentive, professional and they like working there with Monty. It really shows once you walk in the store.
