Excellent service and our custom fence is awesome! 3/21/2012

Mike was great to deal with, as was his crew that was headed up by Pedro. They built us a custom fence that they had not done before, and were very accommodating in working with us to design exactly what we wanted. They built us a 6 foot custom privacy fence that merged into a 4 foot spaced board fence so we had privacy across the back of our lot, but the ability to still see the woods on the side of our yard. It came out beautiful! We added a last minute dog run and a fifth (yes, fifth!) gate and they were very willing to improvise and give us exactly what we wanted. Mike is great to work with and was always available to answer questions. Thanks for the great job!! more

Very professional and an awesome experience with all the employees. 2/28/2012

K Brothers Fence, and Mike in particular, was awesome. My husband and I walked in without an appointment and he took his time to speak with us. I did not shop around because his professionalism was just great. He came to our home to measure the area and he was such an honest businessman. His employees installed the fence and were all awesome. I even sent them a note telling them thank you. I have been recommending them to the people I know. They were very professional and accomodating. more

My fence looks fabulous! 11/18/2011

K Brothers Fence Inc. were excellent! They were very attentive and listened to their customers. They provided excellent customer service and were always open to discussing what I wanted done throughout the installation. The installers were very considerate of my property and of my neighbors as they worked. My fence looks fabulous! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anybody! more

Everything is satisfactory so far. 10/31/2011

K Brothers Fence came out on a Friday and pretty much had it all finished up then. They came back on Monday to finish it up, just the two gates in the front and back, so they were pretty much done on Monday. The only thing was that the back lock wasn't working, so they ended up coming back a month later to fix that lock, but that was really the only thing, and it wasn't too big a deal. They're kind of far away, so the next time they had a job somewhere in the area is when they could come to replace the lock. It was nothing bad, as we knew the situation, so we were okay with it. Other than that, everything was good. The fence looks great, and everything is working fine, so we're satisfied with it. more

Never had any problems with them! 10/24/2011

I've done two homes with K Brothers Fence. They scheduled everything and I've never had a problem. They've changed a wood fence to a chain link and another one back to wood. I lived about a half-mile away from K Brothers Fence Inc. so I thought I'd give them a try. It has been about seven years that I've been using them. The first time, I put them against five other companies and they still beat the price. I didn't even shop last time because K Brothers Fence Inc was cheaper than the companies. How could you go wrong? They also allowed financing so you could pay over a sixty-day period! more

Absolutely wonderful! 7/27/2011

My situation was kind of unique because I have a child with autism. We had to get a fence because of that, to keep him safe. We worked with Gena in the office at K Brothers Fence and she was just wonderful. The State of Illinois gave us a grant to have the fence put up, and that was one of the things that K Brothers did, and normally they would wait for the state to pay, but they put it through for me anyways, and they're still waiting on the payment. Gena was absolutely wonderful! She made sure to get everything taken care of. She even added child locks on the gates, which is something I never would have thought of. I would hihgly recommend her to anybody. more

K Brothers Fence did a wonderful job and are very pleasant to communicate and work with. They had to come out a couple of times, but those were great talking experiences and there were no problems. They came and took care of what needed to be taken care of. Overall, I had an excellent experience and everybody I worked with was very pleasant. more

K Brothers Fence goes over and beyond what's expected of them! 3/23/2011

You really can't beat K Brothers products or service! I've used their services several times. I hired them to install a fence around my pool about four years ago. Then, recently I had them back to enclose our entire backyard. They also came out to our home in Michigan to complete a job that was by no means easy to do, and they did it perfectly and without complaints. Once there, they actually decided that they needed a different product to make it work better for the weather and also ascetically too. Mike, the owner, drove, about an hour and a half, just to bring out the new product. I mean, who does that?! We are so happy with the results, the installation looks perfect. This company is fantastic! more

Very nice, courteous, and they do their job the correct way. 3/21/2011

I've had a very good experience with K Brothers. We had a bad wind storm at the end of last year, and part of the fence fell apart. They came down and fixed it with no charge. We went into K Brothers store to discuss fence building with them. Everyone was very nice, really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We had shopped around, so when they gave us an estimate, we knew they were comparable, if not a little better, to a few of the other places we had been. What won us over was how friendly and personable their staff was. We knew we'd be happy doing business with them. The installers arrived on time and ready to work. They were wonderful. They were extremely focused and handled distractions really well. The results are fantastic. We'd love to use them again for future projects. We have highly recommended them to friends and family. more
