I love my ladies! They are the best. They are very thorough, arrive when scheduled and leave me a wonderful clean home. My bathrooms are always PERFECT! The floors shine and I never smell any chemicals at all. Wow! What a crew! I especially like that I don't have to be there when they arrive or leave and I never have to ask for anything to be done, they always seem to know what I need. I am very pleased. You are one of the very limited few companies/services we deal with on a regular basis that exemplifies the way a business should conduct itself. We never have to regret working with you...every other week when you've been here we come home and just grin with how clean our home is and how satisfied we are having chose you to keep our home not just ""clean"" but making it so comfortable to be in. We don't have to ""manage"" you as we do with so many other companies we pay to provide products/services for us..you're totally self sufficient. The girls are like Ninja's...in, out, quiet and deadly efficient! AND we never worry about theft as we experienced with other services in the past. The 1st, and last time I will ever hire cleaners for my home. I was quoted and given a description of what was to be cleaned in my small, already organized home. I was in need of dusting, bathrooms and basic floor mopping, etc. A picture frame was dropped 2x(the only professional photo in the house!Go figure!)and damaged. The floors in the hall upstairs still had dust bunnies and dirt, yet strangley enough my closet floors were clean. Hmm?? Owner of company, who took half the day to return my call, said...""Well, they were there 2 hours...they must have done something!"" Not the response I was looking for. One girl must have been taking a shower, not washing it bc there was still residue and junk in the shower right as you step in on the WHITE handle bar! Come on!!!!! After I complained I didnt even want them to come back to finish the job as the owner had offered. No thanks. I can do a better job in my sleep. more
