Just US Rentals

I have been buying vehicles from Just Us Rentals for over three years now. First, whenever you buy a car from them they ALWAYS tell you the down price and the total price...if you don't like the price? ....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Second, I NEVER had any MAJOR issues with my vehicles, I always made sure I got my oil changes every three months and I have always been able to provide proof. If I ever needed anything done to my car such as breaks or simple maintenance he has ALWAYS worked with me. So it is hard to believe that he won't work with someone that has a bigger mechanical issue. They also give you a STANDARD 50/50 two year warranty on the car you purchase from them, many car lots do NOT offer a warranty!!! Third, I am single mother also and I have NEVER had any problems with any of the staff. I have NEVER been late on my payments!! I have NEVER had anyone knocking on my door for payment. Fourth, I feel that it is VERY UNFAIR to bash a reputable business, that helps people in our community that may not have good credit. It allows people, LIKE SINGLE MOTHERS, to get on their feet and allow them to drive cars that they want to drive rather than HAVE to drive. I have total faith in Just Us Rentals and so should you. They have a great establishment going and I have never had gotten a ""lemon."" more

I purchased a 2000 pontiac sunfire convertible with over 180,000 miles from this company I made every payment on time and took the car in for regular oil changes and tune ups, When i first got the car the AC did not work and he promised he would fix that but i was told that the repair shop was not open on saturdays or sundays so it never got fixed there were other problems with it but thats not the reason i am here complaining about the vehicle. The car was purchased for 7500 and i paid 6500 so far, i refused to pay for it when the headgasket went and the water pump and the thermostat and the timing belt all at the same time, this car is worth 2500 in kellybluebook but he sold it to me for 7500. Now when I was one month late on payments( and i only owed about 1000) because i could not get to work, the owner of the dealership came to my house at 10:00pm at night screaming and yelling knocking and banging on my door saying ""Your time is up"" ""I will have your arrested for theft of a leased vehicle"". Which is only a threat there is no law in PA where he can arrest you, I cannot wait for him to take me to court and when i tell the judge what he did I am hoping to get him shut down, He messed with the wrong Single Mother!!! I tried working with him but he was unwilling to work with me, it seems this guy Jessie sells single mothers broken down cars and then comes to their houses when the car breaks down and they cannot get to work he threatens single woman with little children and scares them into giving them the keys! DO NOT GIVE HIM THE KEYS LET HIM TAKE YOU TO COURT AND LET THE JUDGE DECIDE. Or if you are thinking about buying a car from him be very careful and know that he preys on people with bad credit and he sells you old cars that do not qualify for lemon laws but they are all lemons on his lot! I actually just looked at a bmw on his lot the last time i made a payment and the door did not even open and he was selling it like that!! Buyer Beware! more

There is a dealer here by the name of Jesse. I told him i wanted a reliable car for me and my children to ride in. He told me that i had a 30 day warrenty for anything that went wrong. He also told me if i had problems with my car he would get me anouther car. The first day i purchased my car the tire was rubbing, the second day the windo got stuck, the heater did not work and the car was leaking oil. My tire came off on the highway while i had my two children in the car. Not only was Jesse very rude but he did not fix anything, I ended up paying out of pocket 350 for a the issue with the tire, 120 for the oil leak and he did not offer me a new car. Mind you all of these problems started within the first 30 days. On top of that he came and got my car for non payment because i did not have the money for the payment because i put it towars that tire. All I'm saying is he is not a man of his word and he will sell you anything and not care. If you are looking for a good car from good people this is not the place to go trust me.
