I've been to Just Tires multiple times, typically with the same issue. I keep having tire stem problems with their tires, resulting in random flats. First time it happened, they said it was a faulty tire, and fixed all of my tire stems. Annoying that I had to go back after getting a flat, but whatever. It was free. \r \r I recently had to replace two of my tires, so I figured I'd just go to the local Just Tires. Prices were decent, so why not? Sure enough, about four months later, I get another flat. Got out of the car, checked the tire stem. Leaking air again. I called to talk to the manager, who was on vacation. The assistant manager never called after I left my name and number, so I called back an hour later.\r \r They told me to bring it in and they'd look at it. I asked them how I was supposed to with no car to drive there since I don't have the tools to change a tire. They said they couldn't have anyone drive out to me because I didn't purchase the roadside warranty or w more

Buyer beware! The vibes are so negative here. You must go to the office to "fill out the paperwork". Go anywhere but here. All the tired old tricks. Don't waste your time with this lot. No wonder the place was void of customers. more

Highly recommended place 5/24/2010

At first I was hesitant to go to this branch bcoz of the reviews but I'm glad I did! They are very nice and fast. I was there only for less than 30mins to change my tire. And the price is very low for a made in USA tire ( Goodyear). Going back again for my next two tires to be replace. Happy with their service. Look for the manager, Paul. Highly recommended! more

Liars! 4/22/2010

I just had a flat yesterday. I called Just Tires and they quoted me a balance of $65.95 for a 16" tire. I drove there that night and they tell me that the "cheapest tire they have in that size is $89.99....and that is a great deal because it is a great tire"....When it is all said and done I paid $132 for a stupid tire when they origially quoted me $65.95. They are dishonest and just want to up sell you. They tried to tell me that all of my other tires were not safe to drive on either so I should really replace them all. I changed my tire to the spare in 30 min... it took these guys 1 hr to change my tire. Yeah sure he was alright nice and there was no long wait, but if I had not needed a tire right then, I would have left. more

Don't go there 1/24/2010

Don't go there to get your tire fixed because they don't. They are not interested in anything else but selling tires. If you do, this is going to be the exact dialogues you are going to have.\r \r You: I need to get my tire repaired.\r Guy: Let's take a look at.\r \r You guys walk to the care to look at the tite.\r \r Guy: You cannot fix this. It's such and such. You need to replace it, and we have a good deal on new tires.\r \r They did this trick twice to me (I walked away both time). I needed to replace all four tires anyway when it happened the first time so I ordered them through Tire Rack. The second time, I drove to a different tire shop, and there was not problem fixing the tire. more

Go to ANY other branch of Just Tires, not this one! 12/3/2009

The sales manager at this branch is dishonest. I like Just Tires in general, but THIS branch has a make-a-quick-buck jerk manager who tries to get people panicked and replace all their tires--he tries it with me, and other people. I've seen him several mornings at a local convenience store rubbing off scratcher lottery tickets 10 at a time. I don't think he's interested in making an honest buck. His estimates are consistently far more expensive than other Just Tires branches. Go to any other Just Tires location, not this one! more

these guys are idiots. I called for a quote for 2 $99 tires and was given a price of $389 for 2 tires with warranty. either they are adding on all kinds of ridiculous charges or they don't know how to use a calculator. when i tried to go over how it got to almost $400 for 2 $99 tires, item by item, the guy got irritated as if i was dumb, and became very rude. I'm not new to buying tires. these guys are to be avoided because they are either trying to rip you off or just simply suck at math. more

I needed tires for my mercedes , I went to their shop .. they gave me a very expensive prices , I looked a rounde in the same area and found a huge difference of the same tires brands i needed ...advice check around first ! more

Just Tires Hooks You Up 6/12/2005

This is my local tire place. As a single, 20-something chick, I generally expect to get taken advantage of in all things automotive, but Just Tires is great. I always get the $10 tire insurance, and any time I get a flat or tire damage, they slap a brand new tire on, no questions asked, no hassle. I have gone there at various times and there has never been a wait. more

they have really good tires here and they always have them for like 4 for $99 or something. I like getting my tires done here because i know that i'm paying a good price for them and that it will be done with care. more

I would not recommend this tire place. True, they advertise their tires for cheap and they appear to be highly professional, but it is an act. I went their after I had my car serviced, knowing that I needed only one tire replaced. They tried to scam me into buying three tires! Be very careful if you are going to go to this tire place. Make sure you know how many tires you need before hand, and try not to get talked into buying something that you dont need. Know how much you should be charged in the beginning. more
