Just Tires

"Tires in 30 min or less" only stands true if you buy tires from them, and all 4 of them. If you go for the promised "under warranty wheel balancing", it takes ~2 hours, because "there are other cars ahead of you". I bought tires (all 4) from them in the past. When I went for tire balancing and rotation, I could see the pain on their faces, 'oh my god, we'll have to balance and rotate the tires for free" kind of expression which was not very comforting for me. Then they made me wait for ~2 hours. They all were sitting, chit-chatting on the front desk, only 1 or 2 guys were working, but they didn't seem to care that I was waiting. Finally they took my car in, I could see them working on it through the glass windows. They took all the tires off, balanced the rear tires and moved these to front, and then moved the front tires to back WITHoUT balancing them. I guess they were told by the manager to just do the half-ass job and get done with it since they were not getting paid fo it anyways. Now my car's rear wheels are shaky and I hear a weird noise when I apply brakes from the right rear tire. I dont know what to do now, I really do not want to go back to them since I did not feel welcomed when I went in for free wheel balancing because of their treatment. And one more thing that I noted while I waiting there, 2 cars came with flat tires, you know what they told them, "The tire is severely damaged and can not be repaired", which means buy a new tire from us, and they had to. What would you do if you go into a tire shop with a flat tire... and they refuse to repair it, and the only option is to buy a new tire from them... Pros: Close-by, accessible by public transport Cons: EXPENSIVE, Deceiving, do not fulfill warranty promises more
