I called last week and set up an appt for Wed 5/13 from 10-12 in the morning, I told her (the respectionist/wife) what was happening. She said oh he can probably fix it as long as it's not a motor. So I thought no big deal. But wouldn't tell me what it might be. Funny in 2 minutes they knew right away. Pros: NEVER WILL CALL THEM AGAIN Cons: They really set you up more
