I have been dealing with this company for over 3 years. I have friends in other buildings with wonderful co-op management companies who handle their needs and complaints immediately. You have to send emails, call, send more emails, call again, speak to secretaries, and finally GO IN PERSON in order to get any type of help from these people. I use to think the complaints against the company by other building tenants were exaggerated..until i became a victim! We are paying them for them to treat us like annoying customers. I paid money to live in a building basically run worse than the projects. People sit outside and drink and play loud music on the stairs, noise complaints go unresolved, no fines are ever given to anyone. Half the building has illegal divisions and subletting. It's a disaster
