Just Cuts offers probably the cheapest haircuts in Provo. That is probably why they are always incredibly busy. Just Cuts is not someplace you go for a quick trim on your lunch break. They are just too busy for that. Having said that, they do a pretty good job. The people are generally friendly. There are not as many young barbers/hair stylists there as at other places. If you can get in, it is a good deal. There is parking in the back as well as on the street.
