This auto insurance company is worthless. The brokers are uneducated rude individuals that will not help you if you have an accident they will laugh at you if you ask them for information on your policy and then tell you that they only can take your money. The worst ones have to be Mike and Myra from the Riverside office that won't even bother calling you back. more

check as many website reviews as you can, this company belongs to adrianas insurance, they have the same owners, make sure to tell people, friends relatives to file a complaint at the insurance department in los angeles and BBB as well, they lie about your marital status, give you these amazing prices over the phone and have very very bad commercials in english and spanish they have the worst commercials, I dont even know how the hispanic community can belive this liers, please educate your hispanic friends most of all dont buy here. more

This place sucks...I originally went in and they did exactly what IXO said...changed my marital status and screwed with my driving record to lower my payment supposedly...it ended up being way more than what they quoted me originally...They totally lie all the time! They have people working there that are uneducated and do not even know how to send a fax!! Ya...I went in there after buying a new vehicle to switch over coverage and they were gonna cancel my old policy to start with a new company because it was supposedly cheaper...they had me sign a cancellation policy and the lady said she faxed it...turns out a month later...i find out the company never got the fax and that stupid girl tells me she remembers having me sign it and her faxing it however they have no record of the paper and she doesn't know where it is because they have a BOX of paperwork just piled up at their office that nobody files!!! WTF!! Is this a business office or a dorm room! If you go here make sure u request to make copies of every single paper you sign.....and bring a tape recorder...I'd seriously like to personally sue this company at this point!! more

They are a really cool company, they helped me when I needed it the most. I called for a quote they asked me some questions and my policy was done. Some people try to get cheap insurance by saying lies. but i said the truth and i got the lowest price! I would highly recomend this Company! more

Cons: they lied to give lower rate, after i paid, rate rose 1800$ more
