This company is a joke! I live in a 2 story home with 2 A/C units. One unit went out. My home warranty company, 1st American sent these guys Just Air out to handle the call. After replacing a part ($200) and also paying a deductible of the warranty company ($50), they've been out 9 times in the last 3 weeks to try and figure out why my A/C is running out of freon within a day. Do you think possibly there's a leak? They constantly accuse me of tampering with the device and also make it seem like I'm insulting their intelligence when trying to figure all this out. Honestly their technicians are down right rude and uneducated in the trade. I'm a single mother of 4 children that has to keep my children on the first story of the home, not upstairs where their bedrooms are. These technicians have absolutly no respect for their clients and I feel that I'm getting taken advantage of. If I could give this company a 0 star rating I could.
