Greatest Customer Service Ever!!! 4/8/2012

My Boyfriend and I wanted to get rid of our Lexus. We tried to contact more than 3 companies and their offer was very bad some of them were even rude. I finally told my friend Yaya about it so she gave me the Junkyard Dog phone number. Karl was very specific and direct on the phone. His Offer was very fair. He kept his word, he didn’t change the price like other companies do usually when they get to your car. He even told us on the phone the offer will not change. That was the phrase that inspires confidence in us. When he got to our place as planned he was very friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend Junkyard Dog to other people. Outstanding Customer Service 6/12/2011

Junk Yard Dog is number one in customer service!! There are many junk yards in the Davie area where I live and I just need to say how happy I am calling Junk Yard Dog! They are by far the most professional of the bunch I called. The only mistake I did was not call them first. Two others came over and did not pay what they told me so I told them to leave. Junk Yard Dog did. They paid me cash and issued a receipt on the spot. Simple. Painless. Most importantly they were friendly. The others sounded like they were annoyed when I called. I highly recommend them if your not sure who to call. more

looking to sell your junk car call junkyard 5/25/2011

My wife went online and found Junkyard Dog read the reviews and called them. Karl, I think was his name, gave a quote, came to are residense and gave us the cash which he quoted. There was no highball quote or song and dance about how they cant give what was quoted. Junkyard Dog was straightfoward and great to deal with more

Junk Yard Dog Auto Salvage has the best customer service!! Super friendly and innovative place. I have been trying to junk my car for several days and could not get anyone to meet me because my schedule is so hectic as a single dad with two jobs. JYD sent his tow truck to my house and then to my work and paid me in cash for my junk car! Driver was on time as scheduled. Communication was excellent. WOW! is all I can say. 100% cool. Problem solved. I highly recommend and will tell everyone I know about my experience. \r more

Junk Yard Dog is the best auto salvage and towing company in Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, or all of Broward County because they were by far the most patient and friendly automotive salvage business I spoke to out of many junk yards listed. They actually took the time to listen to my sob story about my junk vehicle. They also delivered what they promised! Paid me cash on the spot here at my auto mechanic shop in Pompano and gave me free towing. The driver never haggled me about the price. Actually he paid me before we even began talking about my car! His appearance was clean and very professional. I couldnt believe he was a junk man! Listen people. The Junk Yard Dog is the best! I will use them again and tell many friends about how great and fast the service was. I rate them A+++ more
