Please contact me, I would lik to buy a 1000 dollar gift card for my daughter more

Editorial review from Citysearch 1/13/2013

I don't understand any store policy that doesn't allow any cash refund no matter what even within the same day of purchase. Beware of their receipts which state 7 days, for exchange or store credit ONLY. more

I finally checked out Junky trunk 4/18/2012

I finally checked out Junky trunk Boutique in Mesa, AZ since they have been under new management, and I was so impressed. The clothes are adorable and are items that I haven't seen anywhere else. The new staff is amazing. They went out of their way to help me find what Iwas looking for and create outfits that i wouldn't have thought to piece together. I am so impressed with the new owners and inventory. I highly recommend everyone and especially those that had a bad experience in the past to check out the new store. Totally worth it! more

I stopped in Junky Trunk last Sunday 4/17/2012

I stopped in Junky Trunk last Sunday (learned they just added Sunday hours) and are under new Management. I hadn't been in since last summer. The place has a whole new look and the prices are more reasonable. I had a hard time choosing - lots of cute things, which wasn't my issue last visit! Definitely going back on payday! Seriously - what a HUGE change to this place - and the sales gal informed me they're moving to an even better location next month! Great job Junky Trunk!!! more

Totally Disappointed... 8/13/2011

I used to be a Junky Addict - for those of you that shop there often, know what I am talking about! Their clothes used to be great, affordable, and one of a kind. Now - a lot of the same clothes I can find at Nordstrom, with better service. I was in yesterday - just to check it out - and I used to receive a Junky Addict discount - NOW they expect you to spend $1000 per year to receive a 10% discount - so my discount was taken away from me. Who spends $1000 at a boutique? Anyone realize we are in a recession - Sorry Junky - this is horrible customer service! more

Pure Junk 12/5/2010

I kept hearing about this boutique so I went in and checked it out for myself...I was very disapointed there was nothing there that was boutique style. The clothes were cheap enough but made poorly. The jewlery looked like something you got at a swap meet...I was the only one in the store and the girl was so rude she didn't help me one bit....At normal boutiques the customer service is outstanding and they help you find the perfect outfit...They are in a strip mall in the corner so it is hard to see and there is a Name Brand Exchange by this want to be BOUTIQUE you'll find better stuff there. more

Simply Average with Less than Average Customer Service 9/10/2010

So my mom and daughter were so excited to show me this ""boutique"". We went in on a weekday afternoon and were the only customers in the store, which isn't bad but seeing as we were the only ones there it would have been nice to be greeted. The store was so warm it was uncomfortable. Though the prices weren't very high the accessories looked cheap. The clothing was cute but very limited in variety. My teenage daughter found several things she wanted and we were purchasing. I was visibly uncomfortable and asked if there was a restroom. I was told ""no, try next door"" When I went next door they said their restroom was just for customers. I went back to pay for my daughters items - still needing a restroom. Our total was well over $200. When I asked ""well where do you use the restroom?"" She said ""oh we have one but I can't let anyone use it, there's boxes back there"" WOW!!! Thanks! I will never go back. To top it all off... Within 2 wears one of the blouses and one of the handbags we purchased fell apart. So basically $100 of merchandise down the tube! more

Could find the same stuff anywhere 2/20/2008

When taking my grandma to the grocery store, I saw this place in the center. The boutique looked like a place worth checking out, but when I saw the assortment I have to say I was not that impressed at all. There was nothing special about the selection at all and most of the brands they carry are burnt out. There was not too much that I found ""boutique like"" about the store with the exception of some of the decor. more

Best Boutique in town 2/18/2008

Wow!! to say the least! Junky Trunk Boutique is one of the hottest shopping spots in town! Their prices are very reasonable. The employees are personal and are so willing to help in any way to make sure that you are satisfied as their customer. They sell everything from jeans to tops to accessories to purses to jewlery and its all the latest styles that the celebrities are wearing. Definitely check this place out! Could be in a more visible location but other than that it is simply fantastic!! I love Junky!! Pros: The atmosphere is great! The clothes are beautiful! Cons: Hard to see location more

Amazing Boutique 2/15/2008

I love this boutique. It is so refreshing to go in and find helpful people. Young girls that really know what they are talking about and know how to put outfits together. I love that they are so helpful. This boutique has style and flare. You will not be disappointed if you shop here. more

Nice try 2/12/2008

Are you kidding me whats the name again JUNKy trunk. Well at least they got the name right. How can you call this a boutique the only jeans they sell are vigoss, nothing againt Vigoss but in a boutique??? I don't think so. ""illgiveyoumyopinion"" I couldnt have said it better myself. more

Awesome Boutique 1/7/2008

I shop at Junky Trunk alll the time. I am a mother to two little kids and whenever I have them the employees give them some candy that they have all of their store in cute margarita vases and other vases so that they don't run all over the place. I don't know many boutiques that are that child-friendly. Also they have a wide variety of clothes and the price of their clothes. I can buy a cute pair of jeans for cheap and then spend as much money as I want on another pair because I don't feel guilty spending a ton there. Whereas they have their high end designer lines that I love checking out too! The only thing I don't understand about the review under me is that you said the ""botox-injected woman behind the counter."" Haha who? The 19 year-old girl who is in there every single day that I've ever been in who is more than helpful or the other girl who works there who is still in high school. Maybe you should actually write something truthful because I know that that entire review was full of it just but saying that the employees had botox when they are young girls! HA. I recommend this boutique to everyone I know, they have referral cards they give out and ""Junky Trunk Adict"" pins where I now recieve 10% off each purchase for life. They know what they're doing and keep up the good work! Pros: Customer Service and variety of price range Cons: Location Hidden more

Bad Customer Service 12/12/2007

I emailed Junky Trunk for basic information on the boutique. Two weeks after I emailed the company I still haven't heard back. All I can assume is that these people don't care too much about their patronage or their name. No wonder they've received so many bad reviews. more

Gross 10/4/2007

This place really wasn't worth the time. I don't get what dancingqueen is talking about. If you have ""celebrity appeal"" you should be able to go to a store and get bad customer service? Something doesn't sound right there. Either way, the clothes seemed like rip offs of better brands. Rip offs are fine if you can do it, but this place couldn't. I think I'll go shopping next door! more

Celebrity Closet? 6/1/2007

I visted this place and I have to say that I actually agree with ""kittygalore."" The customer service wasn't that great...in fact it seemed rather fake. I am offended that the ad below is just an attempt at redemption to clear a bad review. Anyone who actually buys this b.s. is denying a village an idiot. The ad below also insults shoppers who know what real boutiquing is all about. Obviously this place is unwilling to hear the voices of their cutomers and I find it unethical to resort to this form of retaliation. Not to mention, it is really not all that. Out of 5 stars I would give the boutiqe maybe 2. more

This Truely is the Ultimate Boutique! 5/22/2007

No offense ""Kittygalore"" but I strongly disagree with your review on Junky Trunk Boutique. If you've ever been in to Junky Trunk you will notice the outstanding customer service. They are extremely personable to each and every customer and make me feel like their main goal is to have me leaving satisfied. As for the ""Electric Ladyland knock off"" it could be considered a compliment due to the fact that the owner basically brought ""boutiquing"" to the Phoenix Metro Area. However, Junky Trunk is completely different in the fact that it is a one-of-a-kind celebrity based boutique. The location is not in Scottsdale, however, this is exactly what people in Mesa needed to liven up their closet. The store is uniquely decorated from their custom dresser looking dressing rooms to the vintage furniture (available for bored partners that are just there for their plastic) to the original paparazzi celebrity picutres hung up on the shabby chic walls. I highly recommend this boutique to anyone who is looking for the ultimate boutique experience! Pros: The clothes selection, unique celebrity based style, the enthusiastic atmosphere provided Cons: In the corner so it's hard to see more

Way to be just like Electic Ladyland 4/25/2007

First of all, Junky Trunk is exactly what its name claims it to be; junk. This ""high"" end boutique is right next to a Name Brand Exchange and is a watered-down version of Electric Ladyland. I would say that Junky Trunk's success will be equal to that of Jessica Simpson's CD sales. Which by the way, there is a terrible Wal-Mart poster of Ms. Simpson adorning one of the walls....what is that? I will stick to my north Scottsdale boutiques. They have a much more enjoyable demographic...that means no mom's with their five kids under the age of eight getting back from their weekly trip to Bashas (also in the plaza). Pros: Decent Merch Cons: Location, Jessica Simpson poster, rip-off of Electric Ladyland more

Just ""ok"" 4/21/2007

The store is cute, but not worth the drive to Mesa. You can find the same items and the same brands at any local boutique. I am a little turned off of the location being anchored by a Bashas. Pros: cute Cons: in Mesa, no unique lines more

Best boutique in Town 2/5/2007

The cutest web-site ever I love it. I love the flowers how they grow on each page. I love the Haute page! Pros: If you can't make it to the store to on the web!! more

Best Boutique you will find anywhere 1/14/2007

This Boutique is worth driving to from anywhere. Back in a corner of Bashas parking when you walk in the door you will feel like you are in Hollywood. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The store is adorable. You will not be disappointed. The clothes are the cutest. They do have some men's denim and tee's also. Pros: So helpful, the store is the cutest, the dressing rooms are the best, can't say enough more
