My repair was due to an auto collision, therefore it was all insurance money (not mine). They did a terrible job with my bumper: there was visible (and TERRIBLE) orange peel that wasn't even near the site of the collision, and when they blended they oversprayed and left an awful blemish in my rear door. I took it back, they corrected most of what I complained about free of charge. Was this because it was not my money, but insurance ($2,600)? Because I am a blonde haired, 5'2 girl who looks like I don't know anything about cars or collision repair? Or simply because they do not care about their customers? I will not take my car back, that is what I have learned from this situation. I even referred a friend to them and had to retract my referral due to the bad service. In the end, what really got me, is that when I picked up my car finally (after it had been in the first time for a week and the second time for over a day for corrections), no manager spoke to me, there was NO apology for my inconvenience due to their poor service the first time around, and the fact that I had to BRING MY CAR BACK for corrections. Nothing, just handed me the keys and that was it. Again, I would never take my car back and I suggest everyone stay away, they do careless work for a ridiculous price.
