I have been going to Jungleland Pet Center for 12 years. If I wanted to speacial order something they would get it as soon as possible. When ever I go there all the animals are healthy. Also in all the years i have gone Ive never seen a dead fish. Its always clean. Its simpley the best pet store to go to. Pros: best service nice employees Cons: nothing more

We live in a world filled with bottom line profit and make the sale no matter what the cost mentalities. Audrey, Rick, and their Associates are not of that mold. These people genuinely care about the homes their animals go to. I went into their shop prepared to spend a LOT of money for a bird. The had reservations about my purchase. They sent me home birdless that day in the nicest of ways. How many shops have you EVER been to that did that for you? I researched, learned and came back one week later prepared to make the kind of long term committment a parrot requires and take full responsibility for this animal come what may. The sales slip said NO GUARUNTEE..I beg to differ. I got the kind of guaruntee money can't buy ...Honesty, Ethics, Genuine concern first and foremost for the parrot I wanted to purchase and had a connection with and... secondarily for me. These animals don't have a choice about the homes they go to....Audrey, Rick and their Associates do care about the satisfaction of the people they serve. They want a successful partnership with all their customers but the welfare of the animal comes first. This is so refreshingly rare and I am grateful for it. They have my loyalty and support. There are some things money cannot buy. Having a place like this to shop at is one of those things. These people don't compromise their integrity for the almighty dollar. I can recommend Jungleland Pet Center as the best store to shop for birds and other wonderful creatures... I have bought all my birds since they opened and have had the sweetest and healthiest birds one could have. Rick and Audrey will answer any question you have and they truly care about the sweet creatures they have. They care about their animals in the truest sense. I LOVE this place, and shopped here for 9 years. Their specialty is birds/parrots; I'm afraid I can't comment much about the other animals since I only do my bird-shopping there. I got my first parrot here 10 years ago, and right now am getting my 4th one from them. Great bird selection, very healthy and happy animals. They take great care of the birds, the place is always clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable. Hand-fed babies are available at a competitive price. Their toy/food selection is sufficient, but not diverse, although they can special-order pretty much anything you ask for. Their prices are only a little bit higher than your average PetsMart, but it is well worth it since you are getting exceptional-quality animals. more

I love going to Jungleland! They have lots of different animals and it's always clean. The staff is very knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about their animals. I also like that I can bring my pets back to board if I go out of town because I know they will be well taken care of. Pros: Fun store with lots of animals. Cons: None. more

This is the first time I have left a review but here goes... They have a good selection of toys and foods for different animals ... The staff is very friendly and they know what they are talking about not like some "pet" stores..I am a bird lover and I like the fact that they allow their birds to be out of the cage .. I bought a Timneh African Grey parrot from them about 4 monthes ago and she is wonderful passed her vet check with flying colors and she is so social ... Now I wasn't looking to get another Parrot but they did'nt try to pressure me or ask me if I wanted to purchase her.. they just let me be answered any questions I had and when I wanted to interact with the Parrot they let me hande her so guess what I bought her and at a very good price.. I have bought fish from them as well and I have never had a problem .. So to all you looking to add a pet to your family I highly recomend Jungleland ... This is the best pet store. This is a family owned business that truely has a passion for animals. They are friendly and answered all of my questions, which is more than i can say about pet chains. i have bought all my dogs from there and they have all been healthy and happy. they get all their puppies from private breeders rather than taking the cheap route like many chains who get puppies from puppy mills. i will never buy my pets anywhere else. they are also very reasonablly priced. Some of their items are more expensive than chains, but alot is cheaper. For all their puppies they are about $300-400 less than many chains in the area and they are all healthy and get exercise out of their cages. i have had NO problems here and i would reccomend it to EVERYONE! Pros: healthy animals and knowedgeable staff! Cons: nothing! more
