Terrible customer service. After scheduling a job for Monday on Sunday, Kathy called us after 9pm to cancel the job for the next day citing that they only do jobs over $1000 during the day and they'd have to get to us later in the week and that they had an emergency job that took precedence. (My job consisted of an unstable tree that could fall on my shed and fence at any moment). Not only did they fail to call me to reschedule the job within the next 10 days, but since I had already found someone who considered my money and work for them a priority and who would provide the ""prompt"" service that Jungle Jim's guarantees, Kathy said ""thanks for telling us. Don't ever call us again"" and hung up on me. Don't worry Kathy, I won't be calling you ever.
